This prospectus supplement no. 7 has been prepared in order to provide information with respect to a holder of the notes that may be a selling securityholder under the prospectus, as amended and supplemented. Information about the selling securityholder may change over time. Because the selling securityholder may offer all or some portion of the notes or the common stock issuable upon conversion of the notes and the number of shares of common stock into which the notes are convertible may be adjusted, no estimate can be given as to the amount of notes or the common stock issuable upon conversion of the notes that will be held by the selling securityholder upon consummation of any sales. The selling securityholder identified below may have sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of, pursuant to transactions exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, all or a portion of its securities since the date on which it provided the information regarding its notes. Apria prepared this table based on the information supplied to Apria by the selling securityholder named in the table.
