Mothers that have chosen to join the 7-day retreat enjoy daily morning power yoga, restorative evening yoga classes and group meditation practices.
This retreat offers 2 Family Oasis evening events, such as Oasis Women's Connection Circle and a bonfire ceremony. Children experience 2-3 yoga classes a week and a daily 4 hours programme. Family Retreat Oasis offers nannies on-site to care for children for 2 hours every evening. The retreat offers activities like art therapy, forest bathing, beach exploration and mother-and-child yoga classes to encourage mother-child quality time.
When it comes to food, all meals prepared are vegetarian, pescatarian and made from local and fresh produce.
All gourmet meals made for you are included in the price plus daily freshly squeezed vitamin shots with superfoods. The quality of the food on the retreat is crucial.
