Transocean's spill price tag hits $1.3 billion

Transocean shares fell Thursday as the company disclosed $200 million in fresh costs related to the downed Deepwater Horizon, in addition to more than $1.1 billion in expenses already tied to the environmental disaster unfolding in the Gulf of Mexico.
