Mid-Day Market Update: Google Shares Surge Ahead of Developer Conference, E-Commerce Sales Up

Following the market opening Wednesday, the Dow traded up 0.47 percent to 15,286.86, while the NASDAQ rose 0.31 percent to reach 3,473.19. The S&P also rose 0.57 percent to 1,659.81. Top Headline Shares of Google Inc (NASDAQ: GOOG ) surged Wednesday, crossing the $900 mark for the first time to $909.38.
