LTL Crosses Below Key Moving Average Level

In trading on Monday, shares of the Proshares Ultra Telecommunications ETF (LTL) crossed below their 200 day moving average of $62.46, changing hands as low as $61.87 per share. Proshares Ultra Telecommunications shares are currently trading down about 3.5% on the day.
