Trimble to Acquire Assets of Asset Forestry Limited

Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB ) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of privately-held Asset Forestry Limited (Asset), a provider of forestry logistics software and services. The addition of Asset's software and domain experience extends Trimble's portfolio of forestry logistics and optimization solutions,
