OBJE Acquires Novalon Games in Preparation for Expansion

In its pursuit of ambitious expansion goals in the $66 billion global gaming industry, OBJ Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: OBJE) announced today that it has acquired development studio Novalon Games, creator of mobile apps such as Phantasmic and Creature Tavern.

Novalon Games was founded last year as a joint venture between OBJE and Source Street, LLC. By wholly acquiring the company, OBJE will own all of the company’s assets and intellectual property, with the freedom to grow Novalon into a top-tier game development portal ready to assume its place on the cutting-edge of the mobile gaming revolution.

“In the coming months, we plan to dramatically increase the size of the development team and gaming portfolio at Novalon Games as we implement our new business strategy in the booming global gaming market,” said OBJE CEO Paul Watson. “This acquisition is only the first of what we expect to be many as we strive to build a robust portfolio of engaging new content that can help us more effectively leverage emerging technologies such as biometrics, utility gaming apps and other monetization models to capitalize on the explosion in gaming across the globe.”

Through its gaming division, Obscene Interactive, OBJE is working to deliver many more innovative gaming products for the Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) App Store and Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) Play market alongside companies such as Glu Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ: GLUU) and The9 Limited (NASDAQ: NCTY). The company is already earning revenues from games such as Phantasmic and Bluff Wars 2.0.
