Graj + Gustavsen Partners With NRF to Feature the Most Innovative Products in the Marketplace

Graj + Gustavsen (G+G, www.ggny.com) teamed up with the National Retail Federation (NRF) at the NRF 104th Annual Retail’s Big Show 2015 to showcase some of the most innovative products in the marketplace. “The retail industry’s most prestigious show” was held at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City from January 11-13, where G+G and the NRF created a workshop-type space called the NRF iLab, that featured cutting-edge products and opportunities for hands-on interaction.

G+G, an integrated branding and retail design firm known for building and revitalizing consumer brands, was selected to host the iLab because of their unique exposure to innovative brands and the products that drive them, as well as their expertise in discovering new ideas and technologies that enhance consumer and retail experiences.

In conjunction with hosting the NRF iLab, G+G founding partner, Eric Gustavsen, was also the keynote moderator at one of the NRF’s Breakout Session discussions, titled “This Year’s New Innovative Products As Seen In The NRF iLab.” On the panel were various marketing experts, including Clinton Bonner of crowdsourcing firm Topcoder. The speakers highlighted some of the new and groundbreaking products featured at the NRF iLab, which included a 3D pen that allows the user to “doodle in three dimensions”, a new surfing-based workout, and environmentally sustainable energy bars made of crickets. Also featured was the new Samsung virtual reality headset, and Normal, a company that creates Custom-Fit 3D-Printed Earphones.
