UPDATE 1-Northrop 1st-qtr earnings fall, revenues rise; lifts outlook

April 29 (Reuters) - U.S. weapons maker Northrop Grumman Corp on Wednesday reported a drop in first-quarter earnings but topped estimates, and raised its full-year outlook.
