Fake Avon bid wasn't only market hoax played by Bulgarian, SEC alleges

A lawsuit filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday alleges that the fake takeover bid that briefly sent shares of Avon skyrocketing last month wasn’t the only market hoax played on the U.S. market by a Bulgarian.
