InnoPath Software Continues Global Expansion With Two European Office Openings

InnoPath Software, the leader in Integrated Mobile Device Management (iMDM) solutions, today announced that it is emphasizing growth in Europe with the establishment of sales and technical support offices in London, UK and Stockholm, Sweden. This expansion, along with new technology and service initiatives introduced at this weeks Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, further demonstrates the growing importance of MDM in the European market.

The two offices are staffed with MDM industry veterans, highlighting the companys readiness to support Tier 1 operators throughout the region. Open Mobile Alliance-Device Management (OMA-DM) capable handsets are now being released into the European market. This availability, coupled with InnoPaths OMA-DM standards leadership and go-to-market initiatives announced at the conference, will act as the catalyst for the adoption of OMA-DM-based MDM throughout the region. OMA-DM is a critical element of InnoPaths comprehensive MDM solution set, providing greatly enhanced management capabilities in contrast to first-generation device management solutions based on Open Mobile Alliance-Client Provisioning (OMA-CP).

2008 will be an important year for the evolution of Mobile Device Management in EMEA and for the adoption of OMA-DM, said John Fazio, CEO of InnoPath. Leveraging our experiences in device management through implementations in other markets worldwide, our London and Sweden teams are well-positioned to help progress EMEA adoption.

This week, InnoPath is demonstrating its new services and iMDM technology, including customer care, security management, and lifecycle application management, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. Demonstrations are available in Hall 1, Booth 1F39.
