HP’s outlook still grim, will cut jobs sooner

Hewlett-Packard Inc. may have met Wall Street’s expectations for its first quarter as a separate PC and printing company but its outlook was far less auspicious. It is also moving to cut 3,000 workers this year, instead of over a three-year time period.
