Synchronoss Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: SNCR) will pay a premium of approximately $821 million to acquire IntraLinks Holdings Inc. (NYSE: IL). Shares of Synchronoss Technologies plunged $6.41 to close at $42.59 while IntraLinks stock climbed $1.85 to close at $13.12.
