Kraft Heinz Co Makes Formal Merger Proposal To Unliever

Kraft Heinz Co this morning confirmed it has made a formal merger proposal to London-based consumer products giant Unilever plc. Unilever has rejected the offer, but KHC isn’t giving up that easily.
