Ruling: SCE&G can't challenge roll back of $445 million in nuke plant charges in state court

A federal judge says an S.C. Electric & Gas initial suit “fails to state a plausible claim” that could succeed in its challenge to state actions to roll back $445 million in annual charges to customers.
