Sponsored by Digital Rochester, the growing Ontario County company, joined other area technology leaders in the Best Tech Workplace category. The category looked at how innovation, creativity and technological relevancy play in a successful company culture. The event was held at the Joseph A. Floreano Riverside Convention Center in Rochester.
According to L-Tron's COO Gayle DeRose, the company culture is one of collaborations, transparency, and inclusion where from the moment an employee sets foot in the door, they are given a voice and their opinions are heard.
As a result, customers benefit.
