Frances possesses extensive expertise in management, mineral processing, troubleshooting, leadership, and metallurgy.
During her collegiate career, Frances earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Processing from the University of New South Wales, Bachelor of Applied Economics degree from the University of South Australia, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Deakin University. She is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Engineers Australia.
