Frances, who has over 35 years of industry experience, is responsible for overseeing the development of mining projects throughout Australia. She is also active in the metallurgical aspects of projects for the company across the globe. Frances possesses extensive expertise in management, mineral processing, troubleshooting, leadership, and metallurgy.
During her collegiate career, Frances earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Processing from the University of New South Wales, Bachelor of Applied Economics degree from the University of South Australia, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Deakin University. She is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Engineers Australia.
