Spink was selected by the members of the association in recognition of his quality work and commitment to education. In addition to his work teaching at Suffolk Community College, Spink is also co-chair of OESP's education committee and founder of the Professional Service Managers Academy, designed to train present and future service managers in the art of service management.
"I've always been passionate about education," says Spink. "This is a challenging industry that's always evolving. If we don't teach future technicians the necessary skills, they're not going to be able to properly repair these systems. I've been doing this for 15 years. I'm proud to invest my time in the future of the industry."
