On May 10, 2005, Option Care, Inc. issued a press release announcing the financial results for its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2005.  The press release further announced the declaration of a $0.02 per share dividend.  The full text of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
