Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 11, 2015. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.
| 1. | The Company’s stockholders elected Peter Barton Hutt, Wilfred E. Jaeger and Roger D. Tung as class I directors to serve until the 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, each such director to hold office until his successor has been duly elected and qualified.
