Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Agreements of Certain Officers.

On April 30, 2018, PolyOne Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Craig Nikrant intends to leave the Company to pursue other opportunities, effective May 4, 2018.

Michael Garratt, currently Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, will serve as President, Specialty Engineered Materials on an interim basis until a successor is named.
