As Chief Strategy Officer, Alvarez will develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and growth and strengthen InnovaCare Health's competitive position in the healthcare industry. She will leverage her proven success in building and expanding thriving healthcare operations, enhancing care delivery models, and effectively managing mergers and acquisitions. Her expertise in developing strategic plans and partnerships will be instrumental in shaping a prosperous future InnovaCare Health.

Her achievements include driving operational excellence, leading transformative initiatives, and fostering strategic partnerships. She is also the founder of Katalyst Health, a highly successful advisory firm serving value-based providers and investors.
