On December 15, Rarible made an official statement on Twitter that the Tezos blockchain went live on Rarible.com, where they shared a publication of all of the features.
Rarible is an Ethereum-based non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace that officially integrated the open-source, proof-of-stake blockchain Tezos.
This new Rarible support means that Tezos NFTs can feature on the marketplace, and Rarible can also support secondary sales of Tezos projects.
Additionally, all users of the platform are given the opportunity to transact now and create low-fee NFTs.
Additionally, Rarible has a plan on integrating even more protocols with the eventual goal of the creation of a multi-chain platform that bolsters the NFT marketplace.
It has the Solana and Polygon blockchains next in its lineup. To truly commemorate this Tezos integration, however, the Rarible team debuted what is known as the “Tezos community drop,” and Rarible and Tezos also launched an inaugural Rarible-exclusive NFT collection known as “Blazing Futures.”
Should you buy Tezos (XTZ)?On December 17, Tezos (XTZ) had a value of $4.21.
To see what this value point means for the token, we will go over its all-time high value as well as its performance last month.
The all-time high value of the XTZ token was on October 4, when the token reached a value of $9.12.
Here, we can see that at its ATH value point, the token was $4.91 higher in value or by 116% when compared to its value on December 17.
When we go over the performance of the XTZ token throughout last month, on November 5, the token had its highest value of $6.83.
Its lowest value point, however, was on November 28, when the token decreased to a value of $4.38. This marked a decrease in value by $2.45 or by 35%.
With this in mind, however, we can expect the XTZ token to increase to a value of $5 by the end of December, making it a solid buy.
