Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On July 24, 2007 the Company issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter and year to date ended June 30, 2007 and a $0.06 per share dividend.  The dividend will be paid on August 17, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business August 3, 2007.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current Report on Form 8-K.
