ITEM 5.02    DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.
On September 6, 2016, Steven Spiegel gave notice of his intention to resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) at the end of September 2016 in order to take a position closer to his home in Chicago, Illinois. Eric Bakken, our Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, will become Interim CFO upon Mr. Spiegel’s departure.
