INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

Attached as Exhibit 1 to this report is a copy of the $500,000,000 Facility Agreement of Nordic American Tankers Ltd (the "Company") and certain financial institutions dated October 26, 2012 as amended and restated by an amendment and restatement agreement dated December 16, 2015 (the "Credit Facility").

This Report on Form 6-K is hereby incorporated by reference into the Company's registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-228603).
