ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

On February 5, 2009, Gartner, Inc. (the “Company”) announced financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2008. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
