On November 29, 2012, ARK Restaurants Corp. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared its regular dividend of 25 cents per share to be paid on December 28, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 14, 2012. A copy of the press release titled “Ark Restaurants Announces Declaration of Dividend” is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
