The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02, “Results of Operations and
Financial Condition.”
On April 28, 2011, Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release
announcing the Partnership’s first quarter of 2011 results. A copy of the Partnership’s press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein in its entirety.
