Two cousins join forces to reform the prison system while one is still imprisoned through their art company, PROPHET PROPAGANDA™.
DALLAS - Sept. 9, 2021 - PRLog -- Meet the guys who are turning prison art into fine art. In October of 2015, Tre Spadoni committed armed robbery with a BB gun at Tulane University and faced a $1M bail and 10 charges that could have landed him more than 100 years in jail.
While in solitary confinement, and with nothing to do but confront his demons, Spadoni rediscovered his artistic abilities. Through his art, Spadoni shares with the world the traumas that landed him in jail, the epiphany that sparked his art and his path to atonement.
Now, Spadoni and his cousin, Will Spencer, are working to change lives for the better through social entrepreneurship. Their company, PROPHET PROPAGANDA™, is leading the charge of, what they call #RealReform by empowering other incarcerated artists to put down their old ways, tap into their talents and skills to create art and other products that benefit their communities.
PROPHET PROPAGANDA™ is pleased to announce Tre's first solo art exhibit. PROPHET PROPAGANDA™ is partnering with Msanii HOUS Fine Art to bring you EXTRAORDINARY MISTAKES this October. Msanii HOUS is located in Historic Downtown Carrollton, TX.
