Philadelphia to continue Covid-19 vaccine mandate for restaurants with city 'a long way from being safe'

Philadelphia Health Commissioner Dr. Cheryl Bettigole said the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccine mandate for all businesses that serve food has been "remarkably smooth" thus far.
