Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 18, 2011, Golub Capital BDC, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2010 on Thursday, February 10, 2011. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
