Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
As previously announced, JetBlue Airways Corporation (the "Company") delivered a presentation at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2014 Global Transportation Conference on May 7, 2014. During that presentation, the Company’s management indicated that the April passenger revenue per available seat mile (PRASM) guidance of a year-over-year increase of between 9.5% and 10.5% provided on the Company's earnings call on April 24, 2014 remained unchanged as of the date of the presentation. The Company is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to provide an update that it currently expects its PRASM for April 2014 to be an increase of between 10% and 11% year-over-year. The Company disclaims any intention or obligation to update or revise this guidance, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise.
