On June 20, 2018, Crown Castle International Corp. (“Company”) issued a press release announcing that certain of its indirect subsidiaries intend to offer, in a private transaction and subject to market and other conditions, up to $1,000 million of Senior Secured Tower Revenue Notes. The Company’s press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and is incorporated herein by reference.
