Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) The Company announced that Solange Glaize resigned as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company effective May 7, 2015. The Company also announced that Rodney Gonsalves was appointed Corporate Controller of the Company effective May 7, 2015. The Company will be proposing to the Board of Directors of the Company that Mr. Gonsalves also be made the Principal Accounting Officer of the Company.
