Items to be Included in this Report

Item 1.01.	Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On May 28, 2010, Multisys Language Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a promissory note with Janelle Edington, whereby Ms. Edington made a loan to the Company in the amount of $15,000 for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) days.  The promissory note bears interest at Six Percent (6%) per annum, and matures on November 23, 2010.  Ms. Edington is an affiliate of the company in the positions of President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director.
