On July 23, 2014, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled, “Marine Products Corporation Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend.” The press release announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share payable September 10, 2014 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on August 8, 2014.
