     Beginning on May 15, 2007 Federal Signal Corporation will be conducting a series of scheduled meetings with current and potential investors. Robert D. Welding, President and Chief Executive Officer and Stephanie K. Kushner, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and other Company executives will be reviewing the recent operational and financial performance of the Company, discussing the outlook for 2007 and reviewing broader growth strategies and key metrics.
