Item 2.02.             Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On February 9, 2012, Corn Products International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2011.  A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference.  The Company will conduct a conference call Thursday morning, February 9, 2012 at 8:00 CT to discuss the press release.
