On January 27, 2014, Thomas D. Murphy, President — Community Banking of EagleBank (the “Bank”), the wholly owned and principal operating subsidiary of Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company and Bank that he intends to conclude his banking career, and leave EagleBank and the banking industry, effective as of December 31, 2014.
