Results of Operations and Financial Condition


On March 4, 2008, America’s Car-Mart, Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its third fiscal quarter 2008 results.  The press release contains certain financial, operating and other information for the period ended January 31, 2008.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
