EVENTS.

On December 21, 2006, Interlink Electronics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has obtained a line of credit with Silicon Valley Bank. Under the terms of the one-year agreement, the Company has a $5 million line of credit which is secured against the Company’s accounts receivable and other assets. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
