On November 7, 2008, BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a meeting between the Company and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to discuss the proposed Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy for the Company’s ONSOLIS™ product is scheduled for November 17, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
