MFA Mortgage Investments, Inc. (“MFA”) issued a press
release, dated December 15, 2005, announcing dividend and
other information for the fourth quarter of 2005, which is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by
reference.

8-K (including Exhibit 99.1 referenced in Items 7.01 and
