On December 29, 2011, Gary Gerson informed the management of Gladstone Investment Corporation (the "Company") that he is resigning as Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Gerson’s resignation will become effective on January 20, 2012. Mr. Gerson’s duties will be handled by the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, David Watson, until a suitable candidate can be found to replace him.
