On April 24, 2013, the Board of Directors of Simplicity Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Simplicity Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on May 29, 2013 to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 13, 2013.
