On October 20, 2004, Noble International, Ltd. issued a press
release announcing its third quarter 2004 net income and posts earnings of $0.30
per diluted share from continuing operations. A copy of the press release is
included as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The information
contained in this Item 9 of this Current Report on Form 8-K of Noble
International, Ltd is being furnished pursuant to "Item 12. Results of
