Adria Group BV and Adria Group Holding B.V. as private investment entity which directly and indirectly own and control 95,52% of the shares in the Croatian company Agrokor d.d. / Fortenova grupa (further in the text: Company) informs the public and all of the interested parties in potential acquisition of shares of the Company or potential strategic partnership with the Company about important facts in regards to the Company.

Adria Group BV and Adria Group Holding B.V. have initiated several legal proceedings as well as international arbitration proceeding under ICSID with case number ARB/20/6, with purpose to nullity unlawful actions against Company. In support for the claims in legal proceedings significant amount of information and documents have been collected by Adria Group BV and Adria Group Holding B.V., which prove and testify that the unlawful actions were taken only for the purpose of confiscation of the private property.

Pursuant to this statement, please note that Adria Group BV and Adria Group Holding B.V. with objective to remedy its damages caused by the mentioned unlawful actions, has obligation to and will initiate appropriate legal actions against any entity which will be the party in eventual acquisition or transfer of shares of Agrokor or potential strategic partnership with the Company.
