On May 11, 2016, Parks! America, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release (the “News Release”) reporting information regarding its results of operations for the three months and six months ended April 3, 2016 and its financial condition as of April 3, 2016. A copy of the News Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
