On May 7, 2008 the Registrants wholly-owned subsidiary, ACME Television, LLC (ACME) and Wells Fargo Foothill, Inc., as agent and lender under its Third Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement (the Agreement), entered into Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement, which, at ACMEs request, reduced the maximum borrowings allowed under the Agreement from $16.9 million to $6.0 million.
